apple-a-day

I've been busy for the past couple of weeks, shooting an apple. With my camera, of course. My photo club challenge for the past two weeks has been to shoot a single apple, every day, in as many different ways as possible. Easy? Hardly. Without the use of props, it was a little challenging to come up with unique ways to shoot this little guy. I varied the time of day and the location where the apple was shot, in the hopes that I could get some really interesting light. I also made use of shadows and reflections and tried some unique angles. Above is just a little sampling of over one hundred shots I took. All in all, I think it was a success, and it really stretched my creativity.
