If The Slipper Fits Wear It

Tate loves his grandpa's slippers.

Every time he is at our house

he goes looking in grandpa's closet

for his fuzzy, gray slippers,

and puts them on his feet.

It's hilarious 

to watch him walk around in them.

Last week, 

grandpa left his slippers in the garage.

So, when Tate came over,

they weren't in the closet.

Instead, he found . . .

Grandma's slippers!

He liked the way they sounded 

on the tile floor when he walked.

He just couldn't quit looking at them.

So, when he came over yesterday,

I wondered whose slippers

he would choose.

It turns out, he compromised.

He's such a funny little boy :)
